Abhay Havaldar, Director

Mr. Abhay Havaldar is a nominee Director of our Company. Mr. Havaldar holds a bachelors’ degree in electrical engineering from the University of Bombay and a masters’ degree in management from the Sloan Fellow Program, London Business School. He commenced his career with the Tata group of companies and held operating management responsibilities at Tata Infotech Limited and HCL Infosystems Limited. He is currently the Managing Director at General Atlantic LLC, a global private equity firm, where he has worked since 2002. Prior to joining General Atlantic Partners in 2002, Mr. Abhay Havaldar was the co-founder of Connect Capital, a pan-Asian ecommerce investment company and the Asian vehicle for Insight Capital Partners, a business-to business e-commerce investor. He is also engaged in numerous not-for-profit activities and is a member of ‘SINE Incubator’ at IIT Mumbai, a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs and is on the board of trustees of the United Way, Mumbai. He has served as a member of Jubilant’s Board since September 6, 2005, as nominee Director appointed by GA European Investments Limited.
